Services. This tutoring project was started to prevent students from falling behind during online learning. We hope to give every child the ability to keep up with their education. After registration we will work with parents individually to best cater to the needs of each child.

When & WhereFor in person tutoring, we will be doing our tutoring at a park in Ann Arbor. Schedules will be arranged after registration, and there will be tutoring slots Monday-Thursday each week, weather-permitting. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please email us.
|
One on OneFor one-on-one you can specify what grade your kid is in and what subject or subjects they need help in during registration and we will pair you with a tutor. Unlike groups, one-on-one tutoring will be much more focused on the specific needs of the child. Sessions times will differ based on grade and needs.
|
GroupGroups will be kept around 4 students, and social distance will be maintained at all times. The goal of these groups is to simulate a classroom under safe circumstances. We also encourage classmates, friends, or siblings who are within the same class to sign up together to learn together. The group will meet for one hour and during that hour we will go over different subjects within that grade and have frequent brain breaks to increase productivity.

Additional Services
Not only are we here to help with learning, we also offer advice and answer any questions for parents and children in the Ann Arbor Public Schools district. Our tutors have attended elementary, middle, and high school through AAPS and can answer any questions related to school in general, class choices, time management, extracurricular activities, and standardized testing.

Cost
We hope to provide a service to children who may not otherwise be able to get a tutor. Cost is absolutely free and any materials you do not have available we will provide.
|
Safety is our first priority
Since we are minors, we ask that one parent remains close by in the tutoring location for face to face sessions, in case of emergency. We also ask that you provide us with contact information so we can contact you if we reach any problems. Along with that, we will prohibit food and drink besides water to prevent any allergies, and if your child does have any allergies or health problems, major or minor, please let us know. In addition, we ask that you and your child respect social distancing protocols at all times.
